Amber Hour Taps Into Craft Drinks Festivals
We can all agree on one thing: Ads are everywhere - in our mailboxes, emails inboxes, social media pages, web browsers, etc., and with so many brands competing for our attention, how can Amber Hour break through the noise as a new business? We can get face-to-face with people!
A lot of our early success has come as a result of in-person interactions. Of the 150 Crafters we've partnered with so far, I'd estimate that around 75% of them came after I walked in and introduced myself in person. We've scored some great promotional opportunities, which happened after meeting with key industry contacts. It feels pretty safe to assume that face-to-face interactions will be a great thing for our membership base as well, which is why we're extremely excited to make our debut at the upcoming Sydney Spirits Festival on 10-12 May.
Sydney Spirits is the works of Gin Events, who host a big series of gin festivals every month in different cities across Australia. These events are popular, and for good reason: your entry ticket includes all spirit samples from your pick of 50+ distillers across 3 hours as well as complimentary mixers, tasting glasses to keep, and a tote bag to carry your bottle purchases. Oh, and the opportunity to enter Amber Hour's $500 giveaway ;)
Hope to see you at Sydney Spirits or another Gin Events festival this year. I'll let you know how we go!
Cheers,
AB
