It's located on an 800-acre property surrounded by a banana plantation and near a local sugar mill, reflecting the team's commitment to using local ingredients and embracing the unique flavours of Australian botanicals.
Amber Hour Members are welcomed with a complimentary mixed drink on arrival. Craft spirits, stunning nature, and good company - sounds pretty great to us.
